Humpty and his Blue Solo Cup for Autism

April is Autism Awareness Month. National Autism Awareness Day is April 2nd, 2012. Kathie is a speech/language pathologist and has studied, worked, and supported families for many, many years who deal with autism on a daily basis. Be sure to visit her Kathie’s World. She wrote a new poem, I Believe in Blue. I don’t get tears very often, but Kathie told me she didn’t put any punctuation in her new poem because “autism never pauses.” It’s in Kathie’s World.

The Blue Solo Cups – If Toby Keith can sing about his friend, a Red Solo Cup, the Mrs’. and I can drink out of our BLUE ones in honor of autism ~ all month!

Happy Spring from Humpty Dumpty

Sitting in my flower garden here in Las Vegas and shouting out Happy Spring every one!

Somewhere On The Road in Cyberspace

Hello, friends ~ I’ve been On The Road, somewhere in Cyberspace for a couple of weeks. It took my friend Chris to find me again. I’m sure glad he did. Kathie and I were worried that I could just float around out there for eternity.

Kathie and I have been busy in the meantime – we hope that you have been too. Write back and let me know what you’ve been doing “off your wall.” Let me know all the good things in life. All the kindness that you have been passing along. After all, we’re all on this same “wall” together. Each of us can make a difference ~ even a little man, in a little plaid suit, named Humpty Dumpty.
