Howdy, new friends from the UNLV Mendenhall Center. Last Saturday was a great day for us. We met, at this center that is state-of-the-art, and you became a part-of-my-heart.

That’s because I love people and the people of Las Vegas and UNLV are the best and we have the best basketball team in the nation.
Although that game on Saturday about gave us all a heart attack in overtime, the Rebels pulled it off and Coach Dave Rice is always a champion of positive behavior, sportsmanship, and attitude.

I might not be able to dunk any baskets but if you want a cheerleader for UNLV, I’m available!

Here I am at the new Mendenhall Center (read my prior post) for the UNLV Runnin’ Rebels. Just look at this important little man in his plaid suit sitting in the chair of coach Dave Rice by his locker.

That’s right, they let me in the locker room. I even sat in a locker and look there, the name HUMPTY DUMPTY appeared on the door.
That brought an even bigger smile to my face.

You can see Stacy Augman’s locker and Carlos Lopez (he’s Kathie’s favorite player this year) Kathie and Tim go to all of the home UNLV Runnin’ Rebel games. There are fireworks that open every game and I want to go too. VIVA LAS VEGAS, MAN!

Kathie, Tim, and I sure enjoyed the open house at the new Mendenhall Runnin’ Rebels Basketball Center. Located next to the Thomas & Mack on the UNLV campus in Las Vegas, NV, it is a state-of-the-art facility for MY RUNNIN’ REBELS.

This place is awesome and so are those cheerleaders! They loved me, of course. It is open 24/7 for the players to practice, workout, study, lounge, and hang with each other. Hey, that’s why they make such a great team. Well, I think the coaches have something to do with that too.

This is only a couple of the collages Kathie and I put together. I’ve got more to come. Now they can boast ~ Runnin’ Rebels and Humpty Dumpty play at the newest, best, brightest, most elaborate, and most expensive practice center in the USA.

I’m one lucky little man in my little plaid suit! I run with the REBELS!

The MLK National Memorial in Washington D C is awesome! I was there, little plaid suit and all, last October. This huge statue of MLK overlooks a lake and the Thomas Jefferson Memorial.

The BIG MAN in the jolly red suit is helping Kathie and me (in my little plaid suit) wish you and your family the Merriest of Christmas’.
